The 2205 round bar stocked by Fidelity PAC Metals is produced by Metal Ravne, of the Slovenian Steel Group. https:\/\/www.sij.si\/en\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All of Metal Ravne\u2019s production is DFARS compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Karen Fisher, FidelityPAC\u2019s Sales Manager for Ontario and Western Canada says, \u201c2205 is a duplex stainless steel. The austenitic-ferritic properties of 2205 make it highly corrosion resistant. Combined with a high yield strength, 2205 is considered superior to that of 316\/L and 317\/L for numerous applications.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. Fisher continues, \u201cAfter an extensive market survey, it was determined that the Canadian market was lacking a complete inventory program of 2205 round bar, and Fidelity PAC Metals decided to fill that void\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
